The program is a work in progress. I am making it available for others to try, hopefully to make the use of external guild chat easier. The program is missing features, contains known bugs and has minimal error checking at the moment. This is a project that I work on in my spare time. I do intend to keep improving this program, but it will be when I can fit it in around my real work.
If you want to try out EQ2GC, here is what you'll need to do.

| Step 5. You will be prompted for your user name and password. This is the same user name and password you use to log into the game. EQ2GC uses a secure connection to the chat server, so you're user name and password are both encrypted before they are sent to the chat server. Click OK, to log in. |

This is the end of the walk-through, there are other features currently implemented, but you will have to experiment with them as they are not currently documented. |
